Hello friends! Today's post is Marilyn Monroe themed!
This first Marilyn doll in her pink dress is my favorite. This doll was inspired from the movie "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes". She was released in 1997.
In 1997 Mattel also released 2 more Marilyn dolls. This one is also from the "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" movie.
This most iconic Marilyn ensemble is from the movie "The Seven Year Itch".
In 2001 Mattel released this Marilyn doll, called Timeless Treasures. She was inspired by the Mr President gown.
This doll also released in 2001, is from the movie "How to Marry a Millionaire". She also came with a second outfit.
This most recent Marilyn doll released in 2009 was part of a Blonde Ambition collection of dolls.
I spotted this cute Barbie shirt online and thought I would share. Isn't it cute?!
Wishing you a day of fun, Lindsey

Oh Lindsey! Are you gonna buy that shirt? Cuz you *are* beautiful! ♥
Super cute post!
I really miss the features of the older Barbie-today's Barbie just
doesn't do it for me.
Too much of a traditionalist I guess.
