Twyla on Tuesday

Hello dear friends!
There has been a project that I have
been wanting to get done for quite awhile.

I had an old cupboard that my dad bought at an
auction and I ended up with.  It has been in our family room
for the last ten years, but not being used to it's potential.

I had a dream of putting it in a corner of our living room
to hold some of my vintage pottery.

Three determined people and those miraculous furniture sliders
managed to move this very heavy and tall piece.

I am so very happy with the results and think my
pottery looks so nice displayed here.

I have a weakness for aqua and pink McCoy.
There is also a mixture of other pottery also.

Thank you very much for stopping by for a visit today.
You are all so very special to me!
Hope your day is full of fun and adventure!
Love, Twyla

Oh it looks great
Twyla! I like the kitties and bluebirds sprinkled in with everything! Books for height is a great idea, too! I'll have to remember that one.

I've hurt my back- part of my yearly gardeing ritual :) and C&S and the grands have plumbing probs so they spent the night here last night! I'll be watching a busy morning move around me! ♥

Love your collection! I have a special fondness for McCoy flowerpots. But I don't have a pink one! Do you get yours at flea markets or online? I've not tried Ebay yet, but I think I will.

I absolutely love it, and your display is beautiful! You and I have similar tastes in collecting - I love every single thing you've displayed there, and I have similar items, myself! Now, I just need to gather them together and showcase them as beautifully as you have done!
So lovely, Twyla!

Hi Twyla,
WOW it looks gorgeous. Your display is beautiful with your vintage pottery. The colors so calming too. I am sure you are thrilled to have this accomplished. I always feel so good to update something like this.

Thank you for stopping by my blog a while back when the bad weather hit so many areas. I am sorry to take so long to visit you back as I had so many blogger problems which seem to be better now.

Have a wonderful week and thanks for sharing your pretty decor.
Hugs from Texas, Celestina Marie
