Pink Saturday

Happy Pink Saturday!
I am totally smitten with the small size
of ATC's to create mini works of art.
This is an ATC I drew yesterday and Lindsey
has already claimed it!

I love this kind of quick little works while
Lindsey enjoys the creativity of layering
and embellishing layouts such as this beautiful card
she created.

Be sure to visit Beverly of How Sweet the Sound and
celebrate Pink!

Blessings to all of our dear friends this weekend.
Enjoy your day!

I love both -- but sadly my drawing skills have floundered after so many years of not practicing. Hopefully I can find some time for all the projects I want to try now that summer vacation has arrived. Have a beautiful day. Tammy

Hi Twyla & Lindsey! So good of you to join the fun at my Writer's Reverie! I have thoroughly enjoyed all the pretties at your Creative Space! I especially love the retro greeting cards - I have my grandmothers lifetime collection of cards dating back to the '20's when she married! Takes three bins to hold them all. What a wealth of personal history and whimsical designs. You have inspired me to creatively make use of them here in blog world. I hope to venture more into the paper collage crafting to compliment my writing. Time is the problem. Meanwhile - I shall soak in all your wonders! Joy!

OK...I must live under a rock because I don't know what ATC stands for!! I like your mini works of art, however. I especially love the mini books you created on the previous post.

Here's a question for you...do you know anything about the CINCH book binding/making machine? Is that a good product for creating spiral books....is there one you like better?

Thanks for your input....and happy PInk Sat.

PS Did yo guys have storms last night? We had some wind damage in our area (Independence), but I have to tell you....I slept through it! :)

Hi Twyla!
Beautiful pink ATC! ATC's have a special place in my heart since they were my introduction into online art swaps a few years ago. You are quite an artist. Lots of eye candy here, so I am off to enjoy your place a while longer! Happy Pink Saturday! Thanks for visiting me today and following. I just became your latest follower:)
Have an outstanding weekend!

I am not familiar with this process. No doubt you are and do a great job with it.

Twyla...thanks for defining ATC...now I feel much better!! I did know about them, just didn't know what the initials stood for. I'm sure they're a lot of fun to create as well as trade/collect!

Also, thanks for the info on the CINCH. I've just seen them on line (after I saw one on a blog) and thought I NEEDED ONE!!! :) However, I was afraid to sink any money into it before I talked to someone and got feedback about they liked it. I will wait until the new version comes out....I always appreciate "easier" to operated!

Wow...I was just outside potting plants....the sweat is just rolling off of me. I didn't realize it had gotten so hot and humid as the day went on! We're supposed to have rain again later this evening....hopefully no more storms. Lots of folks lost their electricity and TREES last night. We were lucky this time.
