Neutral Afghan

Hello ladies!
Another afghan has rolled off my
trusty crochet hook!

As far as the color scheme, this one
is quite a departure for me!

It was made for a male, so my usual
palette would not have been appropriate.

I really do like the rich colors though!

Tuesday I had the pleasure of taking
a scenic drive through northern Arkansas.
Finding this church in the Boxley Valley was
one of my destinations.  It was so lovely.

Have a beautiful day!
Twyla

"For the earth will be filled
With the knowledge of the
glory of the Lord,
As the waters cover the sea."

The afghan is beautiful and very masculine. Good job! Love the old church and thinking about all the wonderful services that have been held there! I'm so sentimental. :)

Love that beautiful old church building! Of course Arkansas is special to me anyway...born and raised there. Love your new afghan, too. Looks like maybe a popcorn stitch. I haven't made one of those in years but they are fun to see come together! Enjoy your day my friend! Sweet hugs!

Buildings (of any sort) always seem prettier when they are in a rural location. I love your "guy afghan"! Perfect color combo with the black and cream and gold. I like your solid edges too.

The afghan is gorgeous! I'm so glad I learned to crochet over the winter, because my goal is to make a scarf like the red one that I won in your giveaway. I always get compliments when I wear it!
Happy Easter!
