It's the Berries

"Doubtless God could have made a better berry, but doubtless God never did"
I've been having fun crocheting strawberries.

I've also been having fun eatting strawberries!  My favorite berry.

I couldn't resist this cute little toy cannister featuring strawberries.  It's only 2 3/4" tall.

Come back tomorrow and join us for our very first Pink Saturday post!
Wishing you much happiness!

Strawberries are my favourite thing - esp with clotted cream ice cream, delicious. Your crochet versions look far better for my figure though.

Love that cute canister! Just finished planting some strawberries in the garden. I would be interested in purchasing some of your strawberries, too!

Very cute and the canister is great also! This reminds me of when my Mom had a beautiful strawberry bowl on a pedestal and I broke the lid. Not a good day! Have a great day!

Hi Twyla!
When I first came on your site, I didn't notice that those were crocheted strawberries, fooled me completely. :)
Oh my gosh, that diminutive flour canister is adorable! I've never seen a little one before - is it perhaps from a child's kitchen set??? So cute.
Happy Friday!
Sally
P.S. Please thank your darling Lindsey for me! She is a marvel and a real gem for getting all that Skipper info for me. Thank you thank you thank you Lindsey!

Your crochet berries are so cute!! Great job on those. I've been eating my share of strawberries too lately! Would you believe that I have to peel them though, because I can't stand the way the seeds feel in my teeth and mouth. I know I'm a kook! lol! :)
