The Tortoise and the Hare

It was very funny to run into these
two creatures of fable on my walk!

Just as you might expect, the hare was
way ahead of the tortoise!

I couldn't stick around long enough
to see if the hare was going to take a
nap in the woods, but he did run off the
side of the trail.

I love the canopied walk through
this section.  It lends itself very
well to fairytales.

"For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro
throughout the whole earth, to show Himself
strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal
to Him." - 2 Chronicles 16:9a

Have a nice day!

You certainly have beautiful scenery for your walks. I lived on a street that had trees that came together over the street...it was like a fairytale.
Happy almost weekend to you!
