I found this sweet vintage card at an antique shop a few weeks ago.
I thought she looked very patriotic in her little blue and red dress.
Wouldn't she be cute for an ATC?
That's what I thought!
I think she would be great for tags too!

Okay, Ladies - I have always loved the paper crafts - especially anything made from vintage whatnots - but, you have to help me with the jargon: What exactly is an ATC? I am so inspired by the many wonderful paper artists I'm meeting in blog world and have plenty of raw materials in my own collection that I haven't done a thing with. Sounds like a summer project for sure! One more project on my list of things to do won't hurt . . . will it?
