I normally lean toward the old
churches, but I discovered this
more modern church in north
eastern Missouri last weekend.
It was very impressive with it's beautiful
landscaping and the little chapel was
adorable!

Nice find, I'm starting to appreciate well designed modern buildings when they take advantage of the stronger, lighter materials to make the building seem lighter and more open.

When I saw the picture, the roof caught my attention. I've seen lots of structural designs for churches, but for me, this is the most interesting. It's shaped like a tent roof. Great shot, by the way! Kent Ahlquist @ PittsburghAreaRoofers.com
