ReplyDeleteAs an aspiring artist I love the illustrations in children's books especially the vintage ones. I spent many hours as a little girl just trying to absorb every detail of the art in some of my books...especially loved an old set of ChildCraft that my parents had!

ReplyDeleteWe used to say this poem about my daughter she has extremely curly red hair in fact she had a giant afro till she was about 4 when it finally was long enough to drop. We have a picture somewhere of a perfect drop ringlet that formed one day right in the middle of her forehead!
