Twyla on Tuesday - Barn Charm

Hi girls!
Today I'm joining Barn Charm!
If you love the quaint charm of an old
barn then be sure to visit Tricia's blog
for more barns from around the country.

This barn is on an old farm in Cooper County, Missouri.
It was used as a bull barn.  The family was famous
for raising Shorthorn cattle as far back as the 1830's.

I love driving the backroads through Missouri and I
love it when I come across sights like this!

Thanks for joining me today for a trip through the
country!

Have a beautiful day!
Love, Twyla

Great to see you Twyla! Love this beautiful barn! I haven't seen this one and I don't live too far away. There are so many barns and so little time.

Hello Twyla, What a lovely post on such a beautiful barn. I have to share with you that my son drove to your state to scuba dive in caves that can be found there. Very interesting! Hope your New Year's days are filled with joy! Elizabeth

What a beautiful barn! The turrets (is that what they're called when they're that short?) are so cool & the windows! An incredible place... I'd love a tour. Silo, too.

Thanks so much for joining =)

This is a beautiful photo! I'd love to come across a site like this while driving around.

Sadly, by me these wonderful scenes are rapidly being replaced with housing developments. :(
