This little barn has been swallowed up by
town. It sits in what once was a busy barnyard, but
the farming is past and now a busy road runs in front
and businesses have popped up all around.
It's one I pass practically every day and
always puts a smile on my face.

Lonely little barn! :)
ReplyDeleteI went to the dentist today and behind the medical complex is a big farm. The land the complex is on probably belonged to the farm. Maybe the sale of that land helped save the farm- who knows. ♥
Urban sprawl has taken over! It is a very cute little barn. I like it's red roof.
ReplyDeleteThe barn is cute! Love the white siding with a red roof.
ReplyDeletethat's always sad to me when i see that! cute little place!
ReplyDeleteStill beautiful while surrounded by the hustle bustle! Have a blessed day dear Twyla, HUGS!
ReplyDeleteWhat a splash of happy in the midst of town!
ReplyDeleteThat is a cute little barn and would definitely put a smile on my face too.
ReplyDeleteI always love seeing your barn photos. We don't have barns like that here in Florida. Hugs!

ReplyDeleteAww, such a cute little barn! Hope it stays longer! Have a wonderful day! xo Heather
ReplyDeleteReminds me of happy memories of my Papa's old barn...it was finally replaced by a large hospital. I love the Bible verse you chose for today.
ReplyDeleteThis is definitely the cutest barn I have ever seen in the Barn Charm. It may look simple with its plain white siding and red roof, but it still has the comfortable and homey characteristic you expect from a barn. It's also good to see a barn that is still in use and in good shape after so many years. Allyson Ripple @ DnMRoofing.net
