Hello Pink Ladies!
I love this postcard!
The hand lettering done by Charlie 103
years ago. I think he was a talented guy,
as well as being very thoughtful.
This is another postcard from my collection.
It is from 1912 and is to Clara from her sister Hattie.
Hattie wasn't going to be up for awhile and didn't want
Clara to worry.
Aren't these treasures sweet?
I call them enduring endearments.
Please visit Beverly and all the other
great Pink Saturday posts!

So pretty, and as you say, Charlie did a great job with that lettering. Happy Pink Saturday, Happy Halloween and hugs from the UK.
ReplyDeleteJust love this!
ReplyDeleteHappy Pink Saturday greetings from Holland!

Aw, Charlie was such a romantic! Have a great week end, girls! ♥
ReplyDeleteI love old postcards too. They help inspire my paintings.
ReplyDeleteWhat great finds...old postcards, letters and Valentines...so romantic!
ReplyDeleteI love to read the postcard inscriptions - sometimes they go to the trouble to send a card with one or two very mundane thoughts. Just like our texting today - only much more beautiful and thoughtful since there is more trouble to be gone to in sending a postcard than sending a text.
ReplyDeleteJoy!

Simply beautiful!
