Hello friends!
Today we are sharing another Christmas tag tutorial
using this sweet vintage card from our collection.
Here is a look at the completed tag.
Start by cutting a tag shape out of cardstock our use a manila tag.
Cover the tag 2 coordinating styles of scrapbook paper. I am using paper from The Modern Homemaker line by October Afternoon.
Along the top of the tag, I added a strip of tissue tape.
This tissue tape is by Tim Holtz and comes in a variety of cool designs.
Now I got out my new set of Martha Stewart glitter glue pens which I love, and added silver glitter around the edges of my tag. I then cut out the vintage card and added touches of red glitter around the card.
Glue the card to the front of the tag using pop dots to add more dimension to the tag.
I added the word, 'peace' to the bottom of the tag which was a rub on by Melissa Frances.
Add ribbon to the top of the tag and it's done!
I enjoy making tags as they are so fun to create and display amongst your Christmas decor, tuck in a stocking or tie on a special package.
Wishing you a wonderful day, Lindsey
