Hello ladies!
Today I wanted to show you the stool I bought at an antique store recently.
It is for our fantasy craft room that we hope to make a reality this year.
I knew as soon as I saw the chippy aqua paint it was just perfect and the less than perfect seat
didn't deter me. I had an idea how to make it a lot prettier!
I crocheted this seat cover for it.
Isn't the scenery here beautiful? It's a creek that runs behind our neighborhood.
It's just magical and I wanted to photograph the stool in this location.
This is the view looking down the stream.
I hope every mother had a nice mother's day.
Lindsey gave me the newest Where Women Create book for mother's day.
It has some wonderfully inspiring craft spaces and inspiring women to read about.
I just love it!
She ordered it from Amazon.
Thank you all for visiting today!
Wishing you much happiness!
Twyla

I just happened upon your blog from Nan (from Retired in Alaska). I loved the tag you showed above, & the Barbie post was great too. But, when I saw your book Where Women Create I had to stop & say hello. I just went to an Art Event that Jo Packham (the author) was the key note speaker. SHE IS AMAZING!!!! If you visit my previous posts you can see about the event. I am finishing up about the art & will do a post about Jo next week. Hope you'll visit & MOST OF ALL... Enjoy that Book. Do you read that magazine too? Charlene
