Valentine Chocolate Bars

Hello Friends, today I want to share with you super easy and pretty way to dress up chocolate bars!



These dressed up Hershey bars are lot cuter and a lot cheaper than buying a box of Valentine chocolates!


I started by measuring my chocalate bars. I took a standard sized Hershey Bar and removed the outer wrapper. I then cut my paper 7 inches by 8 inches and wrapped it around the bar.



Now you can dress up your candy bars with with ribbon, flowers and hearts!




If you're like me, you have lots of paper scraps and this is a great project for using up your supplies!

In the center of my silk flowers is a super cute little scalloped heart with slits for ribbon. It's a punch by Martha Stewart and can be purchased here at Amazon or at Michaels.
All patterned paper that I used in this post are from the Cupid collection by Pink Paislee and can be found here.


I just love the bright colors in this sweet clown Valentine! He is so happy! I think you could cut off the heart and use it for party invitations or Birthday cards! Enjoy!

    I don't know whether you can get small chocolate bars too, like the Mignonettes by Côte d'or (I think European chocolate is wayyyyy better than American btw, sorry). I make my own box of chocolates for every occasion with these small chocolate bars, making small sleeves that coordinate. Thanks for the image again!

    You are so good. I have dressed up candy bars for Halloween, for various parties that I have thrown, and for Christmas, but for some reason, never thought of making special Valentine's Day chocolate bars. I am always looking for something a little over-the-top for the kids to take to school, you have given me the perfect answer! Thanks so much for all your lovely ideas! You two are the best!

    Hi Lyndsey! I have seen the simple printable ones before; but your imagination can really go wild with all you can do THIS way, and I KNOW how much people will love them when I pass them out!     I've done the wrapped Hershey bars too. That's a great way to spend a little but make it seem like much more.

    These candy bars look extra pretty and yummy...
    I love all of your Valentine's that you've made too, they are so cute....and the Valentine Vignette is devine! It was such fun seeing all of your treasures displayed...
    I think your silhouette valentines are so pretty...I made some cameo silhouette valenines too(posted on it Tuesday)...mine aren't as dolled up as yours..... yours are really precious...I especially love that girl in the hat silhouette that you made.
    By the way...Spencer is so cute...looks like he's a good little helper...my Rocky is always in the middle of whatever I'm doing too. Hope you girls have a fun weekend!

    Love love love your idea with the choc. bars. How cute are they, making a simple thing look special and very pretty. Don't you just love Valentine's Day!! By the way, I am in love with your little pink doggie that sits on top of your header's title.     Those are so precious. I make them also but usually do the mini bars and put them in a container. I made some for my Valentine Swap I just sent out.
